A PROCESS ROOTED IN PARTNERSHIP, INDUSTRY EXPERTISE, AND RELENTLESSly PURSUing SUCCESS for your team.
/01 Nice to Meet You
Most new client partnerships start with a series of informal conversations, usually with our CEO/CGO first, then with lead creatives and strategists.
Once we get to know each other a bit, we work to define a scope of work and estimate for the engagement. Large or small, we like to review the SOW’s with you because, even at this step, we encourage collaboration. The goal of this phase is to really nail down a scope and timeline for the engagement that meets your budget and expectations.

/02 SEE THE FULL PICTURE
/02
The next step of a client engagement is always total immersion into the goals and challenges of your business.
Each of our team members is a natural forward-thinker and we’re all working 10+ steps ahead. By getting to fully understand your vision for the engagement and how it relates to your business objectives, the rest of the moves become calculated and strategic — all advancing toward a common goal.
/03 Put things into motion
Using what we've learned in the discovery phase, we start to formulate our strategic plans and put things into action.
No matter the scope, we assign priority tiers to the list of deliverables to ensure they’re ready when you need them and that we’re parallel-pathing as many items as possible to keep your timelines efficient.

/04 LIFTOFF
/04
This can be a singular event, such as a brand launch, or multiple project milestones that lead up to a grand opening event.
Either way, the meticulous planning and hard work goes live and we are prepared with pre and post-launch tasks to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
/05 PERFECTING THE PROCESS
We’re nothing if not perfectionists but perfect campaigns don’t come straight from the box.
We continuously monitor the metrics to see how our campaigns and efforts are tracking. Adjusting tactics on the fly, adapting messaging to generate better responses, or adding new audiences altogether lead to that perfect campaign and the all important ROI.
