MILESTONES WORTH CELEBRATING
Accesso operates as a “top 10 owner” throughout the largest metropolitan cities in the US with more than $15 billion in assets and more than 16 million sf of commercial real estate under management. With that kind of commercial real estate footprint and approaching its 15 year milestone, Accesso wanted an updated visual brand identity that stood out among other industry leading CRE companies while also representing its unique point of view, tenant first mentality, and strong financial stability in the vertical.
The rebrand encompassed all aspects of Accesso’s corporate visual identity and also served as the launchpad for the brand new tenant amenity program, Accesso Club. The magnitude of the deliverables and timeline were impressive on their own, but what really stands out about this project is the level of personal involvement each of the Owners had in the project and how seamlessly collaborative our teams worked to produce outstanding results.
